The carriage unit may be locked depending on your scanner model.'' Then all the lights went flashing, I just bought this printer less than a month and this is the 2nd time i'm using it. All power plug was check and changed, but still, nothing changed, still the same message and lights flashing. I even downloaded updated version on software, but still don't help.
