Hi,

Im using Window 7 Home Premium 64-bit edition. My subtitles for other file format is working Perfectly fine but I cannot see any subtitles when playing MP4 or files which uses AVC Codecs. I had tried all the solution u've gave in this forum but nothing seems to be working. However, in my Windows Vista 32-bit the same file worked perfectly fine. I gues its windows 7 WMP is the one which may be the problem. Here are the details of the particular file;

Moreover, I guess movies which were bluray ripped r those giving me the problem. Pls clarify thank you!
